Do you have a favorite memory at Liberty University?

Oh my goodness. I don't think I can pick a singular moment out. Each year brought their own joyful moments and hard moments but I know for a fact those in-between moments spent with my friends and teammates: on those late night Cookout runs at 1am when we had practice at 5am, those car rides blasting music, the hikes, the homemade cookies, the movie marathons. I loved those moments and memories.

What is your favorite part about taking people's photos?

I think the look on people's face when they see their picture and they like it is something I will never, ever get used to. People love pictures of themselves, we all do! And when I can interact with them, learn a little about their story and give them back something they can be proud of, that truly is priceless!

What gets you out of bed in the morning?

The hope of a new opportunity: a new chance to do something fun and creative, perhaps meeting somebody new, the thought that 'who knows what the Lord has for me today'! And let me tell you, most days, they never really go as I had expected it to go. And that's okay.

If you could photograph one sport for the rest of your life, what would it be?

HAHA! I'm not really sure...I love watching most sports! But if I'm being honest, probably, golf. It has been a sport I've learned a lot about recently and while I used to think it was an uneventful sport, I have found it to be such a fun atmosphere to photograph and be a part of! And it is a lot harder to play than I had thought it to be!
